We work for you, not dealerships, to find you the best deal through our nationwide relationships with dealers, brokers and lenders. We are industry experts and will do everything from sourcing, history checking, inspecting and delivering your new car.

How much does it cost?
We offer reasonable fees for our car finding services ranging from £249 for our new car sourcing service, to £349 for our prestige car sourcing service.
What is the Carfound 6 step process?
We have redesigned the way car shopping should be with our personal 6 step process to find your dream car at a great price:
- Step 1: Send us your requirements
- Step 2: We find your perfect car
- Step 3: We negotiate the best deal
- Step 4: We introduce you to our supplier
- Step 5: You order with our supplier
- Step 6: You enjoy your new car
How much could I save?
This varies depending on the make, model and whether the vehicle is new or used. We regularly save customers between £2000-£4000 off their new cars and our biggest saving to date was over £20,000 off a BMW 7 series!
Is Carfound just for high-end, expensive cars?
Absolutely not! Whilst we do provide a prestige service, we've sourced everything for our clients from a Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost to a Ferrari 488 GTB.
Do you offer a car finder service or a car personal shopper service?
We certainly do. Our starting point is you, the client. We gather your requirements and then get to work, car shopping on your behalf to find the best car for you at the best possible price.
Can you help with my part exchange?
In most cases, yes we can. The vast majority of our suppliers take part exchanges and we can help get you the most for your part exchange as part of our service.
Can you deliver my new car?
As long as it's being delivered to a mainland UK address, we certainly can! This will be either trailer or driven delivery depending on our supplier.
What areas do you cover?
Carfound cover the full breadth and width of UK.
I'm outside the UK, can you help?
Yes we can. We often help international clients who are relocating to the UK or after something particularly rare and special.
Do I pay Carfound directly for my new car?
No. We always ask you to pay our supplier directly for your own peace of mind and security. However, we're on hand to support throughout the whole payment process as your car buying agent.
Does my new car come with a warranty?
If the car is brand new or sourced from a manufacturer approved dealership, then it will always come with a minimum 1 year warranty (3 years is most common). If the car is outside the manufacturer's warranty, we can certainly recommend aftermarket warranties to protect your purchase.
Can you arrange finance?
Absolutely! We are registered with the FCA and have access to a panel of lenders to give you the most competitive finance deals available. We can introduce you to various lenders whom offer PCP, HP, Lease Purchase and Contract Hire products. Representative APR 9.9%.
What if I'm unhappy with Carfound's services?
We will provide a full refund of our service and offer our sincerest apologies for any upset or inconvenience caused. Whilst this has never happened in our trading history, you can rest assured we'll always look after you as our client.
